Co-Scaling was founded in 2021 by four engineers who'd watched too many promising products collapse under their own architecture. We exist to build the kind of systems we wished we'd been handed.
§ Philosophy
A project ends. A system compounds. We optimize for what your product becomes in 24 months — not what it ships next sprint.
Every architectural choice is written down with the constraint it answers. ADRs aren't bureaucracy — they're how systems stay defensible.
The same operators design, build, and operate. No handoffs that lose context. No vendor seams that hide complexity.
We're paid for what works in production — latency, throughput, revenue enabled. Not story points, not deliverable stacks.
§ Approach
We take on three to five engagements per year. Each one is led end-to-end by a senior team — no junior layer, no offshore handoffs, no account managers between you and the people writing the code.
Engagements typically run 8 to 16 weeks for the build phase, followed by a structured operate-and-handoff arc. Our goal isn't to embed indefinitely — it's to leave your team with a system they can run, and a model of why it's built that way.
We work in the open through the Collaborator Space. Every decision, every milestone, every trade-off — visible and traceable.
